Widening of driveway to accommodate larger crossover, to alllow render finish to the existing flank wall (originally brick) and matching render finish to rear extensions, increase of 300mm to parapet height of single storey extension, addition of new ASHP to front elevation to replace existing gas boiler, introducing on-site renewable energy source to replace off-site fossil fuel usage, new flat roof porch over front door area and add increased covered area by front door.
