Proposal
Listed Building Consent to replace rear uPVC porch element with aluminium framed glazed door panel with timber cladding and a slate roof. Use of outbuildings as artist studios with new rooflights and air source heat pumps. Repairs to brickwork and asbestos roofs replaced. Slate roof to two-storey building. Windows and doors to be replaced with aluminium framed double glazed units. Replacement of mono-pitch roof to the rear outbuilding with a ridged roof, with raised eaves to the rear elevation to front elevation height. Brick in garage door panel on the gable end of the two storey building to form a circular window. Part removal of internal partitioning with surfaces stripped back to original structure where possible. New partitioning to the first floor with services fitted above floor level (revised proposal following the withdrawal of application ref. 22/03151/LBC)
