Condition No.3 currently states: The vehicular access where the lane meets Lisnastrane Road, including visibility splays 2.0m x 33m and any forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with drawing No. 01 date received 01 AUG 2024 prior to the commencement of any works or other development hereby permitted. The amendment of the wording being sought to read as follows: Prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby approved, the vehicular access, including visibility splays of 2.0 m × 33 m and any required forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with drawing No 01 date received 01 AUG 2024, or in accordance with an alternative access agreed with Mid Ulster District Council.
