T1 Holmoak - Selective pruning of west-facing side of tree, reducing all branches towards building to provide a minimum clearance of approximately 2 metres from the structure, pruning back to suitable growth points. Approximately 2 metres will be removed from the lower west-facing lateral limbs to prevent further contact while maintaining tree's natural shape.
