Proposal

Remove existing stair extension, replace box framed extension with two storey oak framed extension. Minor alterations to improve windows to kitchen and construct new dormer in existing single storey lean to, to accommodate new stair by entrance from ground to first floor. Remove existing external steps to garage loft room. Extend garage roof to form matching barn hips and integrate new stair within existing structure.
