Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - We currently have a detached house with a conservatory attached to the back of our house. We have a small kitchen so we are knocking down our conservatory and building a single storey extension slightly wider than the current conservatory and across the back of the house. Our architect has drawn the proposed extension and we have attached to this application. The architect has drawn this extension to qualify for the permitted planning as it?s a 4m wide rear extension on the back of the house. The conservatory will be removed first and the kitchen space will be in this area instead.
