Application for a Non Material Amendment relating to DC/20/04663 - 1 Mixed use area: sub station relocated to create additional spaces and car parking layout redesigned to be more practical and create more spaces. 2 Plots 28 & 29: reconfigured to provide plot 28 with improved buffer to commercial area 3 Plots 24-27: plots moved to book end this road and even out gardens and provide space for a swale. 4 Plots 6 & 7: house type redesigned to improve sustainability of roof and minor elevation improvements. 5 Plot 9: moved north to enable a plot to move to this side of the road as plots 20-23 have been split to create detached dwellings (the mix here remains the same). 6 Plots 12 & 13 replaced from house type 6 to 7 and 8 respectively. 7 Pump station: moved between plots 14 and 15 for building safety to avoid deep drainage. 8 Change on the location of the path around the attenuation basin and access to the pumping station.
