Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 - ASH - FELL TO GROUND LEVEL T2 - UNKNOWN SPECIES - FELL TO GROUND LEVEL T3 - HOLM OAK - REDUCE THE ENTIRE CROWN BY 50% TO REASONING FOR T1 AND T2 - TREES ARE SELF SET IN A VERY UNDESIRABLE LOCATION AND HAVE GROWN TO BECOME BAD SPECIMENS. THEY ARE GROWING AGAINST A CONCRETE WALL WHICH HAS A CAR PARK ON A LOWER LEVEL OF GROUND ON THE OTHER SIDE. BY REMOVING THESE TREE'S IT WOULD MITIGATE THE RISK OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE FOUNDATIONS AND WALL ITSELF. DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THESE TREES, REPLANTING WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. REASONING FOR T3 - TREE IS SITUATED ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY AND IS ENCROACHING HEAVILY ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTY "FAR HOUSE". BY REDUCING THE TREE THIS WILL KEEP THE 3RD PARTY HAPPY AND ENABLE FUTURE HEALTHY GROWTH AND A PRUNING MANAGEMENT SCHEME BEFORE THE TREE IS TOO LARGE.
