PRIOR APPROVAL DEMOLITIONS RELATING TO A SINGLE STOREY COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OF SOLID BRICK CONSTRUCTION. THE FRONTAGE CONTAINS TWO PAINTED METAL ROLLER SHUTTERS AND ENTRANCE DOOR WITH BRICK SURROUNDS AND PARAPET. THE ROOF IS FLAT ROOF CONSTRUCTION. INTERNALLY THERE ARE LIGHTWEIGHT PARTITIONS AND THE FLOOR IS MADE OF A CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB. THERE IS AN UNAUTHORISED TIMBER EXTENSION OFF OF THE REAR ENCROACHING ON NETWORK RAIL LAND WHICH IS BEING REMOVED BY NETWORK RAIL AHEAD OF THESE WORKS.
