Proposal

LISTED BUILDING CONSENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER UNITS AND AN ASSOCIATED ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE ON THE FLAT ROOF OF THE APPROVED SINGLE-STOREY REAR EXTENSION. THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE POSITIONED IN A DISCREET LOCATION AWAY FROM THE PRINCIPAL ELEVATIONS OF THE GRADE II LISTED BUILDING AND SCREENED TO MINIMISE VISIBILITY FROM SURROUNDING VIEWPOINTS.
