T1 - Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) crown reduction by 3m in height and 2m in lateral spread (not exceeding one third overall) - drought stress, epicormic growth, extensive deadwood, heavy lean toward neighbour property, covered in ivy concealing defects. Large limbs have previously fallen. Sever ivy and base only not stripped from crown, removal of deadwood. T2 - Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) 4m in height and spread (not exceeding one-third) drought stress, epicormic growth, extensive deadwood, suppressed light, unbalanced crown. Large limb failures have already occurred. Crown reduction by up to 4m in height and spread (not exceeding one-third). Crown lift to approximately 4m removal of deadwood and crossing branches. History of limb failure, structural imbalance, safety risks works will improve stability, airflow, and extend longevity. T3 - Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) drought stress, epicormic growth, dense crown, extensive deadwood. Large limbs previously failed, tree over-extended and struggling for light. Crown reduction by up to 4m in height and spread (not exceeding one-third).Crown thinning up to 20% to improve airflow.
