Proposal
T1 - Oak -Reduce the radial spread where it overhangs the conservatory roof of 88 Long Catlis Road. The reduction will be carried out below a height of 11 m above ground level, decreasing the radial spread from approximately 9.5 m to no less than 7 m. All pruning cuts will be made at suitable growth points.Clearing hanging branches over the conservatory approximately 3.7m from boundary fence. From the Bangalow 3m clearance. Estimated height of the tree from ground level is 12.19m to the first branch after tree work.
