Proposal

T1 - Lime - crown lift to achieve 5m ground clearance to alleviate excessive shading and roadside encroachment. T2 - Silver Birch - fell, grind stump 200mm below surface. This specimen is smothered within a group of Lime trees, offering no amenity value, and impedes the boundary fence. Surface roots have lifted driveway blocks. Replace with 1 x Hornbeam.
