T29 - Oak - Crown lift to no more than 6m above ground level through the removal or shortening of secondary branches to suitable growth points. Crown thin by no more than 20%, removing a proportion of small live branches from throughout the crown to achieve an even density of foliage around a well-spaced and balanced branch structure. Selective pruning to provide no more than 3m horizontal clearance from the roof of the principal dwelling at 23 Hallwood Close, and no more than 3m vertical clearance from the surface of the roof of the principal dwelling at 22 Hallwood Close, by removing or shortening secondary branches whilst ensuring a strong framework of healthy small-diameter branches and twigs (leaf-bearing structure), capable of producing dense leaf cover during the following growing season, is retained.

T1 - Mature Field Maple. Lift the canopy from 3 metres to approximately 6 metres from ground level and reduce the height from 16 metres to 13 metres to the appropriate growth points as there is excessive windsail on the main stem due to the ivy and deadwood and debris continues to fall in the surrounding area. Also to allow light to the surrounding properties

Carry out a crown reduction of the mature Oak tree (Quercus robur) annotated T1. Reduce height and spread by approximately 2 metres from the branch tips, from 19m - 17m (height) 17m-15m (spread) maintaining the trees natural shape and form In conjunction with the crown reduction, undertake a crown lift over the building to achieve a minimum clearance height of approximately 5 metres above ground level roof level where practicable. Tree has dropped deadwood in the past and is causing locals some concern due to over extended branches over roof, the aim would be to remove these to avoid any future potential of damage from branches contacting the roof.
