T1 - Maple (rear garden adjacent to patio area) Crown reduction by up to 3 metres in height and up to 3 metres on the road-facing and neighbouring boundary sides to provide suitable clearance from the highway and neighbouring garden. Crown to be reduced evenly to suitable growth points retaining a flowing to maintain natural shape. Remove minor deadwood. T2 - Cherry (rear boundary adjacent to fence) Fell to ground level. Reason: Tree is in visible physiological decline with significant deadwood present and reduced vitality. It heavily overhangs the neighbouring property and is of Limited long term sustainability and amenity value. Removal proposed due to deterioration and potential risk of branch failure. Replacement planting: Proposed replacement: 1 no. Amelanchier lamarckii (or similar small ornamental species), 8-10cm girth, to be planted within the rear garden during the next planting season.

T20 London Plane. Repollard to uppermost pollard heads at approximately 6.5m above ground level. Pollard heads not to be damaged, but all branches above pollard heads to be removed. T21 Lime. Repollard to uppermost pollard heads at approximately 6.0m above ground level. Pollard heads not to be damaged, but all branches above pollard heads to be removed. T22 Lime. Repollard to uppermost pollard heads at approximately 6.5m above ground level. Pollard heads not to be damaged, but all branches above pollard heads to be removed. Reason for works are to maintain the trees under their established pollarding regime by reducing the current regrowth back to the existing historic pollard knuckles, thereby maintaining their size, form and structural condition.

T1. Oak - Reduce height and radial spread by 2m. Current height 16m leaving at 14m. Current radius 9m leaving at 7m. The tree recent hard a large limb failure which subsequently hit and ripped out a further two large limbs which fell into the garage and on top of the adjacent garage. The loss of these branches has left a large hole in the canopy. It looks as though the tree has recently been crown thinned.
