T 21 - Sweet Chestnut - Original height approx 7m to coppiced height approx 30cm T 11 - Oak - Remove lowest 1st order 300mm diameter branch at approx 4m height on south side which is predominantly overhanging neighbouring property (29), and crown lift over garden at 29 York Ave to provide 5m ground clearance. T 10 - Hornbeam - Cut back 7 1st order stems of 10 to 30mm, back to main trunk and remove 1 second order stem of 20mm to clear roof of 21 York Ave. T 56 - Hornbeam - Cut back 2 1st order stems of 30 to 40mm, back to main trunk to clear roof of 21 York Ave. T 47 - Hornbeam - Pollard at approx 2.5m. T 46 sucker - Hornbeam - Remove 1st order 70mm diameter branch on NE side, at 3m, back to main trunk.

T1. Oak - Reduce height and radial spread by 2m. Current height 16m leaving at 14m. Current radius 9m leaving at 7m. The tree recent hard a large limb failure which subsequently hit and ripped out a further two large limbs which fell into the garage and on top of the adjacent garage. The loss of these branches has left a large hole in the canopy. It looks as though the tree has recently been crown thinned.
