Construction of a wooden garden shed with a pent roof. Replacement of existing developer patio with a grey porcelain patio, additional raised planter around much of the lawn perimeter, and a brick mowing strip to be laid around the perimeter of the raised planter and across the west edge of the patio where it is adjacent to the lawn. Additional 8 x LED stainless steel down lights to the existing fence.
