MC/21/1383). All pre-commencement planning conditions have been discharged. The development commenced in February 2024 and construction work has included: - completion of secondary site access from the estate; site preparation; earthworks and formation of site levels. Confirmation is sought from Medway Council that the construction of an access road pursuant to Planning Permission ref. MC/21/1383 has been lawfully implemented.
