Repollard to uppermost pollard heads at approximately 6.5m above ground level. Pollard heads not to be damaged, but all branches above pollard heads to be removed. Reason for works are to maintain the trees under their established pollarding regime by reducing the current regrowth back to the existing historic pollard knuckles, thereby maintaining their size, form and structural condition.

T1. Oak - Reduce height and radial spread by 2m. Current height 16m leaving at 14m. Current radius 9m leaving at 7m. The tree recent hard a large limb failure which subsequently hit and ripped out a further two large limbs which fell into the garage and on top of the adjacent garage. The loss of these branches has left a large hole in the canopy. It looks as though the tree has recently been crown thinned.
