T2 Cherry tree situated directly opposite the front door - Reduce by 30% of volume, T3 Mature horse chestnut tree situated to the rear of the property - Part crown reduce to give 2m clearance from both properties, T4 Sycamore tree situated at the far end of the driveway opposite the out building - Fell and remove. Cut stump as low as possible. Extensive decay around base of tree. Crown lift trees overhanging from the property into no.5 Norman Road, Rusholme to give 3m clearance from the carpark
