LISTED BUILDING CONSENT for external works comprising (a) repairing and cleaning of sandstone elements to the building at Ground Floor level, up to and including the First Floor cill course, (b) removal of graffiti (2 locations on Aytoun St and Chatham St), (c) lightly de-scaling of stonework, (d) rmoval and replacement of eroded & weathered window reveals to Hope Street (x2) & Aytoun St (x4), to be partly indented with matching stone sections, (e)repairs to Hope St (approx 800mm high each) and repairs to Aytoun St (approx 1200mm high each), (f) repair to two number vermiculated stone corner sections following removal of corroding metal plates to former basement access on Aytoun St and (g) removal of ferrous metal fixing bolts/pins from previous signage installations to the Aytoun St elevation and making good of holes.
