Creation of a 0.83 hectare sustainable, permanent natural burial site to include: i) memorial trees, ii) cremated remains interment and iii) natural human burial within a newly planted woodland and meadow Parking and safe access to Corcreeny Road are already available on land controlled by the applicant, as is a footpath to the proposed development site, so no earthworks are necessary. No buildings or structures, apart from natural ones (such as a wicker or living willow shelter and wooden benches), are proposed. All trees and hedges around the site on land controlled by the applicant will be retained and managed to enhance wildlife
