Non Material Amendment of planning permission 2018/1261/FUL for the reduction in the number of proposed trees by 12 to accommodate changes. The omission of the Rain Garden along Tritton Road/Beevor Street. Rain Gardens are no longer proposed. The repositioning of trees to avoid underground services. Configuration of Courtyard E/F has been adjusted. Raised brick planter in courtyard H/I has been relocated to space outside Block A/B. Retaining walls along Rope Walk/Tritton Road have been removed. Configuration of landscape around Blocks A, D and E have been adjusted. Courtyards C/D and D/E have been adjusted. The replacement of the tree isle in Courtyard C/D with a raised deck isle. Retaining walls along Beevor Street have been removed. Bike storage has been repositioned to accommodate generator and substation by Beevor Street. Biodiversity roofs are now located on the laundry building and water tanks only. Locations of ecological interventions have been adjusted. Deck surface has been omitted from proposals. Gate and railings are no longer required within the development. Typical cycle store has been changed to Falco bike shelter. Tree planting has been omitted and replaced with podium deck. Trees are now in typical tree pit with tree grille rather than large linear grille strip. Graded Route along Block A is now steps and graded route. (Revised Description)
