Proposal

Require written - Confirmation of compliance that an identified planning enforcement notice has been met. I currently live at 76 Upper Brockley (Flat 1) and I am in the process of selling the property. My buyer's solicitor has stated that I need to provide to provide the following: Confirmation in writing that the enforcement notice dated 14/4/03 (with effect from 26/5/03), in relation to breach of conditions has been satisfied and no further action will be taken. The details of the breach were Condition (5) of planning permission dated 10/5/00 was imposed in order to provide the occupiers of the eight flats on the land with sufficient amenity space. The non provision of the amenity space depicted on the approved drawing is contrary to policies: BLT.ENV 1: Urban Design and HSG 13: the Standard of Conversion Units of the Council's Adopted Unitary Development Plan (July 1996) and policies URB 2 Urban Design, HSG 5 Gardens and HSG 7 Conversion of Residential Property of the Council's Revised.
