  T1 - Acer negundo (o/s 74) - reduce laterals and crown lift 14m in height. No reduction to height. Reduce laterals by 2m from 8m to 6m on all compass points. A mature Acer negundo standing close to the front of the property opposite no. 74. The tree has extensive lateral limb overhanging the property and the highway. Lateral reduction will reduce end-weight on the longer limbs, improving the structural balance of the crown, and crown lifting will give clearance above the path/parking area and provide better light to the building below.
