Reason: Despite a previous significant crown reduction intended to mitigate the loss of light and enjoyment of the space, the intervention has proven insufficient. The tree's fast-growing habit and dense canopy continue to cause an unreasonable degree of overshadowing. Having explored pruning as a management strategy without success, the only sustainable long-term solution to restore reasonable enjoyment of the property is the removal of the specimen and its replacement with a more suitable species.
