The homeowner proposes to replant with a heavy standard Ginkgo biloba, with appropriate establishment maintenance, including watering during the first growing seasons, the proposed replacement tree is considered to represent a sustainable and appropriate arboricultural and landscape replacement. Informative A: huge thank you for the replacement planting with a Ginkgo to maintain urban forest canopy benefits, and also for retaining other trees for amenity, wildlife and to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change.
