Informative A: retention of the Foxglove tree is encouraged to enable site investigation reports to be undertaken to establish if vegetation removal is justified. As the house cracks are category 2, slight, such small cracks are usually managed with redecoration. There also appears to be no consideration that the properties are at a low point in the road where rainfall runoff from Hilly Fields collects and is likely to be a factor in ground conditions and foundation stability.
