The London Borough of Lewisham (Garlies Road/Allenby Road/1-45 Perry Rise/ Rear of Houston Road) Tree Preservation Order 1976 Informative A: the applicant's agreement to amend works to repeat crown reduce is greatly appreciated as the lime tree contributes to frontage amenity, streetscape character, wildlife habitat, wellbeing and other urban greening benefits such as reducing air pollution, flood mitigation and shade to reduce high summer temperatures during increasingly frequent heatwaves due to climate change. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
