Informative B: the proposed replacement tree is greatly appreciated for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change, suggested species: silver birch, honey locust (Gleditsia), Laburnum, crab apple, Magnolia Kobus, Bee-bee tree (Tetradium daniellii), quince (Cydonia oblonga), medlar, Harlequin Glorybower (Clerodendrum trichotomum) - see below for further replacement details. Informative C: please leave a safe dead standing stem or high stump for wildlife and biodiversity and create habitat log piles with arisings in situ for wildlife and biodiversity.

REPLACEMENT PROPOSAL: We will replace the dead apple with another apple, so a like for like replacement. The whip will be 1-1.5m as you have requested. The tree will be protected with support from a stake, mulch will be added around the base and due to the size and girth of the tree, we will also provide a strimmer guard to go around the base of the tree to protect from any possible strimmer damage.
