Proposal

The replacement of 3no existing antennas with 3no new antennas, the installation of 1no dish, the internal upgrade of an existing cabinet, and ancillary development thereto. The site has been chosen as it achieves the required level of coverage to the target area. The upgrade of the equipment on the existing installation is considered appropriate for the surrounding area. This is the best option for coverage from the installation and lack of visual impact on the local area. It is also thought that the upgrade of existing equipment is preferable to the installation of new equipment. As such, the proposal benefits from outright permitted development rights, not requiring a formal application to the LPA, thus has been submitted under Regulation 5 notification with supporting technical and design justification.
