Client has a 2 year old - the suckers make using the small lawn impossible. The garden is scheduled to be landscaped after Robinia removal and a replacement tree is to be planted. Informative A: the replacement tree is hugely appreciated and welcomed to contribute to linear green infrastructure amenity between Lock Chase and Lee Park to the rear and for wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change, suggested species such as: crab apple, pear, quince (Cydonia oblonga), Judas Tree (Cercis siliquastrum), Honey locust (Gleditsia), mulberry, Magnolia Kobus, Tibetan cherry, Paperbark maple, Snowdrop tree (Halesia carolina), Amelanchier, the Bee-bee tree (Tetradium daniellii), Harlequin Glorybower (Clerodendrum trichotomum), Strawberry tree, bird cherry, elder, goat willow. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity. Informative C: new tree planting is encouraged wherever space allows.
