REAR: ONE Lombardy poplar (T1)(ht.16m) FELL. Reason: large cavity going through the stem at approx.ht.4m and decay throughout the stem, only approx 5% sound wood, hazardous tree high risk to property, PTI qualified arborist Jake Loader conducted the assessment, felled tree to be replaced under duty to replace. REAR: ONE Ash (T2)(ht.12m) CROWN REDUCE if possible, rather than FELL. Informative A: huge thank you for agreeing in agent's email 21.11.25 to look to retain ash T2 with crown reduction if possible. Informative B: please retain a safe low stem of Lombardy poplar T1 for wildlife and biodiversity.
