Reason: routine maintenance, tree has become very overgrown, growing into other trees, to benefit tree health. The London Borough of Lewisham (46 - 48 Dacres Road, Forest Hill, London SE23) Tree Preservation order 1995 Informative A: thank you for retaining the Holm oak for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce high temperatures in increasingly hot summers due to climate change. Informative B: replacement front trees are encouraged as 5x TPO horse chestnuts have been lost over time - species suggested to enhance the frontage and the remaining TPO yew are such as magnolia, pear, crab apple, Laburnum. Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
