To be replaced by smaller tree and shrubs. Informative A: huge thank you for the proposed replacement tree and shrub planting, for amenity at the visually prominent corner location, and for wildlife and shade to reduce high temperatures in increasingly hot summers due to climate change, suggest replacement is with a Honey locust (Gleditsia) as this tree has a similar pinnate leaf and is in the NHBC low water demand category. Informative B: please leave the old ivy clad stem lying on the ground and create habitat log piles with some arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
