Informative A: the voluntary replacement field maple in the side garden, as agreed in agent's email dated 10.7.25 in previous 6-week notice DC/25/140212, is greatly appreciated for amenity, wildlife and environmental benefits, and a second replacement tree for T3 such as elder, hazel, holly is encouraged for amenity and to support linear green infrastructure beside the railway. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
