REAR: Vinegrowth-Cut back and remove all vine growth encroaching onto and over the boundary fence. Remove vegetation located up to 1 metre behind the boundary fence to prevent regrowth and further encroachment. REASON: The proposed works are intended to maintain the boundary in good condition, prevent damage to the fence, and manage vegetation growth.
