The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to crown reduce by 2m the two Acers T5556,T5555, (not pollard), as agreed in agents email 10.9.23, REAR (in adj open space): TWO Acer (T5556,T5555)(ht.14m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 2m to ht.12m, REDUCE RADIUS by 2m to r.4m on N,W.E compass points, REDUCE RADIUS by 3-4m to r.2m on S compass over Peak Hill Avenue rear garden(s). Reason: to address garden overhang and shade issue, and alleviate included unions at trifurcation by sensitive reduction for public amenity, tree aesthetics and tree heath. Informative A: the amended tree works to crown reduce rather than pollard are greatly appreciated for amenity and urban forest canopy benefits. Informative B: if possible create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
