Further inspection has revealed the tree is approx. 90% hollow to the ground with insufficient sound holding wood to retain. Voluntary replacement tree proposed. Reason: climbing inspection of the large stem cavity approx.6m above ground level reveals the tree is 90% hollow to the base with insufficient sound holding wood to retain for the future.
