Note: not within the TPO, no consent from the council required: FRONT/SIDE (driveway entrance): small dead Sycamore (T3)(ht.9m) FELL. Reason: risk of falling onto neighbouring driveway. A voluntary replacement tree would be hugely welcomed. Informative A: the replacement tree for Sycamore (T2,TPO T4) in the frontage grass area nearby with either a Wingnut, Kentucky Coffee Tree (Gymnocladus dioica) or Liquidambar as agreed in agent's email 19 March 2024 is greatly appreciated. See replacement details below (in decision notice). Informative B: the landowner has a duty to plant a replacement tree when a tree in a conservation area is removed because it is dead, or presents an immediate risk of serious harm, para 121 Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, government guidance 6 March 2014.
