REAR (off site): THREE Sycamore (T1,T2,T3)(ht.12m,r.4m) LATERAL REDUCE by 1.5-2m to r.2-2.5m on north compass points. Reason: repeat of previous works to prune north facing lateral branches overhanging the rear garden towards rear boundary to appropriate prune points. Informative A: the retention of the sycamore trees is greatly appreciated as they contribute positively to landscape amenity in this part of the Kirkdale conservation area. The trees are seen side view from Kirkdale, contribute to urban forest canopy/ urban greening, rear outlook, and screening of the rear of the Regent House Business Centre. Informative B: where possible please create log and wood piles and 'dead hedges' with cut branches laid horizontally between stakes on site for wildlife habitat and biodiversity.
