Reason: routine repeat maintenance, clearance from the building. REAR: ONE multi-stemmed Sycamore (T2)(ht.14m) FELL. Reason: multi-stemmed, extensive decay in N stem, major deadwood, historic bark wounding. REAR: ONE Ash in group of 3 multi-stemmed ash (G3)(ht.14m) FELL the largest most northern stem in group of 3 ash. Reason: the tree is heavily decayed, retention of some stems. Informative A: The London plane is highly significant to streetscape and the ongoing sensitive maintenance is greatly appreciated. The group of stems forming T2/G3 provide urban greening to side views along Camplin Street. Retention of some stems is welcome for amenity, urban greening, wildlife, environmental, wellbeing benefits and climate change mitigation.
