Condition 1: the proposal to replant with suitable species is greatly appreciated for amenity, privacy screening, wildlife, wellbeing, environmental benefits and climate change mitigation, suggest three trees selected from such as Malus floribunda, Amelanchier, Winter flowering cherry, Japanese snowbell, Quince (Cydonia oblonga), hawthorn, Clerodendron trichotomum, spindle, Acer griseum, wild privet, Loquat.
