Proposal
An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/18/110158) allowed on appeal (APP/C5690/W/19/3233626) dated 15 May 2020 for the construction of a single storey including basement, one-bedroom dwelling at Land to the West of Jutland Road (Land to the Rear of 64 Brownhill Road SE6 in order to allow:- - change from a 67m2 one bedroom scheme to a 70m2 two bedroom scheme, - new interior space achieved by extending the reception area onto the upper garden podium, utilising the spare capacity in the required amenity space for the dwelling, while still achieving the requirement for a 2 bed 3 person dwelling, - additional glazing to south elevation for outlook, - basement general arrangement re-arranged to accommodate the second bedroom, moving the bathroom to the east side, and providing direct access for both bedrooms into the courtyard, - additional soil vent pipe added to east side from roof, - basement lowered 100mm to achieve 2.5m clear height of at least 75% of GIA, - ground floor ceiling raised 100mm to achieve 2.5m clear height of at least 75% of GIA, plus an additional 170mm height for roof structure and green roof provision options, - cycle and bin store re-arranged in garden area.
