REAR: ONE Ash tree (A)(approx.ht.15m) FELL. Reason: excessive shade, previously crown reduced, close to boundary fence, potential damage and debris to rear parking area. Voluntary replacement trees of more suitable size to continue the green buffer between the rear garden and Burleigh Walk properties. Informative: the proposed planting of replacement trees is hugley appreciated to retain the rear amenity of the green boundary of the Culverly Green conservation area. This green buffer provides separation and screening between the properties in Burleigh Walk to the rear, contributes to London's Urban Forest, supports wildlife and creates seasonal interest. Suggested replacement trees such as wild cherry, Tibetan cherry, field maple, whitebeam, Robinia pseudoacacia, birch, Laburnum, Judas Tree, Wild Service Tree, crab apple, pear, Euodia hupehensis (the Bee Tree), Davidia involucrata (The Handkerchief Tree), Gymnocladus dioica (The Kentuckey Coffee Tree), small leaved lime, crab apple, hawthorn, holly, Koelreuteria paniculata (Golden Rain Tree).
