REAR: TWO Sycamore (0N2K)(ht.10m) FELL. Reason: close grown, self-sown trees, suppressed canopy growth, fell to mitigate encroachment to Oak and street lamp and allow more light to front garden below. Informative A: The trees are adjacent to the Blackheath conservation area boundary and the retention of the mature limes and oak is greatly appreciated for street amenity, the character setting of the conservation area and environmental benefits. Informative B: any opportunity to plant replacement trees within John Wooley Close would be hugely welcomed for tree canopy cover and environmental benefits
