First Floor side extension . We hope to have addressed the issues that the planning department's raised by reducing the bulk of the first floor rear extension significantly to alleviate their concerns that 'It would add to the visual prominence of the development and when viewed from the rear would appear overly dominant and visually obtrusive' We hope by reducing the scale and bulk by omitting the rear extension as per the duty planners advise on 21st February 2019 that the development now remains subordinate to the host building and planning permission can now be granted.
