Townhouses Level 1 internal clear height dropped down by 100mm from 2600mm to 2500mm; Removal of PV Panels; Skylights removed; Fenestration changes to all elevations; Amended internal layouts; Enlarged footprint of townhouse flats; First floor townhouse flat front terrace enlarged.
