An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act for variation of Condition 2 in connection with the Planning Permission dated 08 July 2019 for variation of Condition 2 in connection with the planning permission (DC/18/107893) dated 13th September 2018 for 'the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a three storey building at 72 Loampit Hill, SE13 to provide a commercial unit (Use Class B1a) on the ground floor and seven self-contained residential units (Use Class C3), together with 22 cycle spaces, a refuse store, a communal garden and a wildlife ecology garden to the rear of the site', in order to increase the number of residential units from 7 to 8 by altering the unit mix of the properties in addition to changes to elevations including the addition of balcony; in order to amend the two upper floor 1 bedroom flats into 2 bedroom flats by creating rooms in the roofspace and installing rooflights.
