Planning application

WICKHAM ARMS, 69 UPPER BROCKLEY ROAD, LONDON, SE4 1TF

Granted Lewisham DC/19/114412 Trees in Conservation Areas

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

FRONT: ONE False Acacia (T4) FELL. Reason: differential subsidence damage caused as a result of the action of vegetation. Informatives: the investigation reports do not appear to be conclusive that the Robinia is the sole cause of the crack below the front lounge window of 71 Upper Brockley Road. It would be unfortunate for the Robinia to be felled unnecessarily to the detriment of the public realm and setting of the Wickham Arms PH, or without agreement for the voluntary replacement tree offered by the insurer of 71 Upper Brockley Road with the owner of the Wickham Arms.
